SOMETHING’S AFOOT. This zany, murder mystery musical takes a satirical poke at Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None (aka Ten Little Indians). Ten people are stranded at an isolated English country house during a raging thunderstorm. After the host is found dead, one by one the others are picked off by cleverly fiendish devices. As the bodies pile up in the library, the survivors frantically race to uncover the identity and motivation of the cunning culprit. The book, music, and lyrics were written by James McDonald, David Vos, and Robert Gerlach, with additional music by Ed Linderman.
MAY 16 – JUNE 21, 2020
RUMORS. In Neil Simon’s hysterical farce, several affluent couples gather to celebrate their hosts’ tenth anniversary. Unfortunately the servants have disappeared, the hostess is missing and the host…the Deputy Mayor of New York…has been shot. For these upper-crust guests there is only one logical decision to make: do everything possible to conceal the evening’s events from the police. Their reward is comic mayhem. Neil Simon’s Rumors will have you laughing ’til you cry.
